Paralegal
Samantha Holdstock originally joined Peebles Bergin's Sacramento office in February 2017 as a firm-wide paralegal. Over the next several years, she became an integral part of the litigation team, contributing her extensive experience in civil litigation, environmental, employment, and regulatory law. Samantha assisted on matters involving tobacco, disenrollment, ICWA, and trial preparation across the firm's practice areas.
After leaving the firm in late 2022 to further develop her litigation skills at other firms, Samantha returned to Peebles Bergin in September 2025. Her broadened experience and deep familiarity with the firm's work make her a valuable addition to the team.
Outside of work, Samantha enjoys cheering on her son at competitive soccer tournaments across Northern California and spending time with her two rescue dogs. She is an enrolled member of the Northern Cheyenne Tribe.
