W. Blake Follis has been selected to the Super Lawyers® Rising Stars

Mr. Follis is Partner in the firm's Topeka office and a
citizen of the Modoc Nation. He is widely respected for his advocacy on behalf
of tribal governments and tribally owned enterprises nationwide. His practice
focuses on litigation, governance, economic development, and advancing tribal
sovereignty across a broad spectrum of legal and governmental affairs.
Licensed to practice law in Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma,
Mr. Follis is also admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court and to multiple federal
courts. He holds dual undergraduate degrees from Oklahoma State University and
earned his Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law in 2013, where
he focused his studies on Federal Indian Law and Water Law.
