Aubrey is an associate attorney in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. Prior to joining the firm, Aubrey spent more than five years with a boutique health law firm, advising integrative healthcare providers and businesses, product manufacturers, and professional medical associations on a wide range of regulatory, transactional, and government affairs matters.
Earlier in her career, Aubrey gained state and federal legislative and policy experience with the U.S. House of Representatives Select Committee on the Climate Crisis and the Florida House State Affairs Committee, where she researched and drafted legislation, analyzed complex regulatory issues, and collaborated with government agencies and stakeholders on public policy initiatives.
Aubrey brings her background in healthcare, regulatory compliance, and government affairs to representing tribal governments, tribal organizations, and tribally affiliated entities on a broad range of legal and regulatory matters.
Aubrey earned her J.D., along with a Certificate in International Law, from Florida State University College of Law. During law school, Aubrey was a member of the Journal of Transnational Law & Policy, the Student Bar Association, and the International Law Students Association. Aubrey is admitted to practice in Florida and the District of Columbia.
