Laila Sanousi

Laila Sanousi is a seasoned law firm management professional with more than a decade of experience in legal administration and operations. She joined Peebles Bergin in 2022 as Firm Administrator and is based at the firm's Sacramento headquarters.

In her role, Ms. Sanousi oversees the daily operations of the firm with a focus on efficiency, collaboration, and strategic alignment. A skilled problem solver and collaborative leader, she is dedicated to building strong teams, fostering inclusive workplace cultures, and ensuring that people, processes, and strategy work together to support the firm's continued success.

Before joining Peebles Bergin, Ms. Sanousi held firm administrator and paralegal positions with law firms throughout the Greater Sacramento region. She has been an active member of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) since 2017 and currently serves as President of the Sacramento Valley Chapter. She has previously served as Programs and Education Chair, Membership Chair, and Chair of the ALA's 2025 Annual Conference & Expo.

Outside of work, Ms. Sanousi enjoys spending time with her family, reading, cooking, and staying active outdoors.
