After obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Classical Studies from the University of Southern California, Ms. Boyert went on to pursue two separate legal degrees. A Juris Doctor with a concentration in International Law from Albany Law School, and a LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law from Santa Clara University School of Law. She has worked at the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General Corps in the Law Internship Program, NGO Transparency Justice in Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire (West Africa), and most recently, the Office of the Tribal Attorney for the Hoopa Valley Tribe in California as an Associate Attorney.
