About the Role
Peebles Bergin Schulte & Robinson LLP is seeking an experienced and motivated Paralegal to support our litigation practice. This position is based in our Sacramento office and is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced legal environment. Familiarity with PACER, ECF filings, and litigation case management is essential.
What You'll Accomplish
In the First 60-90 Days:

Receive training on firm systems including use of Clio, Westlaw, Microsoft Office Suite, and ECF/PACER

Begin supporting attorneys on federal litigation cases

Submit electronic filings via ECF under supervision and ensure case deadlines are accurately tracked
By 6-12 Months:

Independently manage litigation support for attorneys

Draft and finalize discovery, pleadings, and motion practice documents

Use PACER and ECF for all filings and docket research with precision

Maintain and track deadlines through Clio with minimal oversight

Manage communication with clients, experts, and court staff

Help enhance team efficiency and case workflow
Who You Are
-
3+ years of paralegal experience with federal and state court litigation

Strong working knowledge of PACER and ECF filing procedures

Skilled in Westlaw and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Clio is a plus but not required

Organized, detail-driven, and proactive in a team setting

Experience in tribal law is a plus but not required
