Brittney Bausch

Ms. Bausch has been with Peebles Kidder since 2015. As the Paralegal and Office Manager in the firm's Rapid City, South Dakota office, Ms. Bausch is responsible for everything from drafting documents and aiding attorneys in trial preparation to day-to-day administrative operations. Ms. Bausch received her Bachelor's Degree in paralegal studies from National American University where she was also formally recognized for her Outstanding Achievement in Legal Studies. Prior to her time with Peebles Kidder, Ms. Bausch worked for a nonprofit legal aid program, Access To Justice. There, she gained experience as a Case Manager and assisted with Pro Bono Clinics. In 2011, Ms. Bausch was awarded the Pennington County Bar Association's Liberty Bell Award for having volunteered over 800 hours of legal assistance with the Access to Justice Program. Born and raised in the Black Hills, Ms. Bausch enjoys spending time in the hills with her friends and family.
