Mr. Kincaid has been actively involved in the origination, structuring, documentation and closing of financial, commercial and real estate transactions since he graduated from law school in 1974. He is renowned for his proficiency in the workout of failed transactions, including restructures, renegotiations and legal proceedings involving these transactions. As a necessary part of his involvement in such transactions, Mr. Kincaid utilizes substantial experience with related corporate, securities and tax law implications as well as the obligations—both contractual and common law—that are imposed on the various participants involved.

Mr. Kincaid’s experience in financing transactions is not limited to the practice of law, having been in charge of one of the largest and most profitable segments of E.F. Hutton’s corporate finance department for several years and having co-founded a specialty finance firm in New York City in the early 1990s.
