PRIOR LEGAL EXPERIENCE: Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hennessy worked in civil litigation, primarily focusing on tort actions, contract disputes, health insurance coverage, and construction defects; Mr. Hennessy was a legal intern in the Real Estate Division of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in 2002 and 2003; and served as the Book Review and Essay Editor for the U.C. Davis Law Review in 2003 and 2004.
