Mr. Kincaid joined the firm in 2003.

Mr. Kincaid has been actively involved in evaluating, negotiating, documenting, and reporting financing and securities transactions for nearly 40 years. He has been involved in billions of dollars of both public and private securities offerings in numerous industries and for Native American tribes. He has managed and/or participated in the successful workouts of numerous failed transactions including restructurings and renegotiations as well as the legal proceedings involved in these transactions.

Mr. Kincaid has represented over 40 tribal clients in 16 states in connection with various financing and debt restructuring for various business activities including casinos, health clinics, and other economic development activities on and off reservations. The representation of Native American tribes in connection with their casino projects includes the development and financing of gaming enterprises and related facilities, refinancing, construction contracts, construction dispute resolution, equipment leasing, and related matters.

Mr. Kincaid′s experience in financing transactions is not limited to the practice of law. He was in charge of one of the largest and most profitable segments of E.F. Hutton′s corporate finance department for several years and also co-founded a specialty finance firm in New York City in the early 1990s.
