Mitch Holditch joined the firm in 2016.
Mr. Holditch joined Fredericks Peebles & Morgan LLP in 2016. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Holditch worked as an associate in a small law firm in Denver assisting clients throughout Eastern Colorado in the areas of probate, domestic relations, civil litigation, and civil appeals. Mr. Holditch also served as a judicial fellow for the Honorable Laura A. Tighe of Colorado′s First Judicial District, where he drafted judicial orders on pleadings in civil and domestic matters. Mr. Holditch graduated from the University of Colorado Law School in 2015.
He practiced in the areas of intellectual property, code drafting, and business development. As a student attorney in the American Indian Law Clinic, Mr. Holditch also performed extensive research on Indian mineral development during his term as a research assistant for Clinical Professor Carla Fredericks. Mr. Holditch hails originally from Cincinnati, Ohio and received a Bachelor of Arts in English and Creative Writing from the University of Iowa.
