PRIOR LEGAL EXPERIENCE:
Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Earnhart worked as a Law Clerk for Kamlet, Shepherd & Reichert, LLP, in Denver, Colorado, conducting legal research regarding Colorado wildlife and environmental issues. She also worked as a Law Clerk for Fredericks, Pelcyger & Hester, LLC, in Louisville, Colorado, conducting legal research regarding Indian Law issues concerning tribal governmental reorganization, tribal constitutional and legislative revisions, taxation, individual rights protected under the Indian Civil Rights Act of 1968, land and water rights, gaming, Indian housing, and internal tribal governmental disputes. In law school, Ms. Earnhart was a Law Clerk for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Air Enforcement Division, Mobile Sources, Fuels and Fuel Regulations Field Office in Lakewood, Colorado. She worked on cases involving enforcement of fuel regulations under the Clean Air Act to negotiate settlements with manufacturers, common carriers, and fuel retailers across the western United States. Ms. Earnhart also worked as a Law Clerk for the Colorado Attorney General′s Office, Department of Law - Civil Litigation Unit for Transportation in Denver, Colorado performing legal research on issues concerning eminent domain, condemnation, right-of-way and public purpose under Colorado law in preparation for T-REX, the I-25 highway expansion project. She was also a Student Attorney in the University of Colorado, Legal Aid office and the Indian Law Clinic.
